Licenses & Designs
Are you allowed to sell the designs?
Yes. We ensure that all designs used are correctly licensed or fall under permitted Creative Commons licenses.
How are designers credited?
If a product is based on an external design, this is transparently indicated directly with the product.
What does CC BY 4.0 mean?
The Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license allows the use and adaptation of a design, provided that the original designer is properly credited.
Sustainability
Is 3D printing sustainable?
3D printing enables on-demand production with little material waste. Many products are only manufactured after an order has been placed.
Do you use sustainable materials?
PLA is partly based on renewable raw materials. In addition, we ensure the most efficient production possible.
Care & Use
How do I clean 3D printed products?
The best way is with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent. Products should not be put in the dishwasher.
Are the products heat resistant?
This varies depending on the material. PLA can deform at high heat. PETG and ASA are significantly more temperature resistant.
Can the products be sanded or painted?
Yes. Many products can be sanded, primed or painted.
Personalization & Custom Orders
Do you offer personalized products?
Yes. Depending on the product, we offer customisations such as names, logos or special sizes.
Can I have my own idea implemented?
We are happy to review individual requests for custom-made products or small series.
Do you also produce for companies?
Yes. We also offer solutions for companies, clubs or events.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product?
Standard products can generally be returned, provided they are unused and in perfect condition.
Are personalized products excluded from exchange?
Yes. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of return.
What happens if a product is damaged?
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. Together, we will find a solution.
Order & Shipping
Where do you deliver to?
Currently, we only deliver within Switzerland.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product and current capacity. Many products are only produced after an order is placed. You can find the estimated delivery time directly with each product.
Are the products made to order?
Many of our products are produced individually after an order is placed. This allows us to avoid unnecessary stock and produce flexibly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as production has not yet started, we are happy to review possible changes or cancellations.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the size and weight of the order.
Material & Quality
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, or ASA – depending on the intended use of the product.
What is the difference between PLA, PETG, and TPU?
PLA: Sustainable plant-based plastic, ideal for decoration and light everyday products.
PETG: More stable and heat-resistant than PLA.
TPU: Flexible material with rubber-like properties.
ASA: UV and weather-resistant, ideal for outdoor applications.
Are 3D-printed products stable?
Yes. Stability depends on the material, wall thickness, and intended use. Our products are optimized accordingly.
Are small lines or structures normal?
Yes. 3D printing creates products layer by layer. Fine print lines are part of the manufacturing process and make each product unique.
Are your products weather-resistant?
That depends on the material. Products made from ASA or PETG are well suited for outdoor use. PLA should not be exposed to strong heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
How do you measure quality?
We focus on clean print quality, stable processing, precise dimensions, and high-quality materials. Each product is inspected before shipping.

All products are 3D-printed and processed by us in Switzerland.
What products do you offer?
Depending on the assortment, we offer practical everyday helpers, home accessories, organization solutions, bike accessories, and creative design products from 3D printing.
Are your products proprietary developments?
Partially, yes. Additionally, for selected products, we use licensed designs or designs under Creative Commons licenses. You can find the corresponding information directly with each product.
